We want you to love your Kaarig piece. If something isn't right, here is how returns and refunds work.

Returns

Unworn pieces in their original packaging, with the certificate and invoice, can be returned within [7] days of delivery.
Customised, engraved and corporate orders cannot be returned.
To start a return, email [email] or WhatsApp us with your order ID.

Orders can be cancelled before they are dispatched for a full refund.

Once the returned piece passes our quality check, the refund is issued to the original payment method within [5–7] working days.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we will replace it or refund you in full.
