These terms apply to all purchases from this website, operated by Kaarig.

Products

All diamonds sold by Kaarig are laboratory-grown and certified. Gold is BIS hallmarked. Because each piece is handcrafted, small variations in weight and finish are natural. Product photographs are representative.

Prices & payment

Prices are in Indian Rupees and include GST unless stated. Payments are processed securely by Cashfree. An order is confirmed only after payment is successfully received.

Orders

We may cancel an order in case of a pricing error, stock unavailability or suspected fraud, in which case the full amount is refunded to the original payment method.

Corporate & customised orders

Customised, engraved and bulk orders follow the terms in your written quotation, and are not eligible for return once production begins.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts at [CITY].
